Social Enterprise Aims to Improve Sanitation and Hygiene Through Soaps

Soap Cycling is a social enterprise founded by David Bishop, also a law professor at Hong Kong University.

The organization collects used soap bars from hotels, processes them, and works with NGOs to distribute the soap to children and families in underprivileged Asian communities. Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation funded Soap Cycling with a grant, and has since partnered with Hilton Worldwide and the Lee Hysan Foundation, among several other collaborations.
