Social Enterprise Aims to Create a World of ‘Ready Baked’ Social Entrepreneurs

Lindsey Hall, co-founder of social enterprise Real Ideas Organisation (RIO), writes about UK’s first rural Social Enterprise Zone in Cornwall and explains how ‘social’ and ‘enterprise’ are still a gaping dichotomy.

Hall is  fully supporting the new status of Cornwall as the first Rural Social Enterprise Zone (SEZ) in the UK. She says, their clear-cut commitment is “that young people, brought up and educated within Cornwall, will have experienced setting up and running a social enterprise of their own.”
