OnexOne Co-Founder and Diesel CEO Joey Adler points out the importance of food security as a base to improving economically disadvantaged people and communities, as well as its role in access to education.
Adler is also an advocate for the change any one person is capable of creating. She remarks that people can make a difference just as easily as business people can. Her social enterprise, OnexOne, is an organization dedicated to food security in North America, Haiti and Africa.
