Pioneering Social Enterprise Helps Stroke Survivors Get Back on Track

Bridges Self-Management Limited is now officially launched as a social enterprise. The organization used to be a program that empowers and rehabilitates stroke survivors.

Rehabilitation expert Dr Fiona Jones led the development of the program to help stroke survivors reintegrate back into society as self-reliant and confident individuals. The concept of the program has already been adopted by healthcare providers across the United Kingdom and as far as  New Zealand.
