Social Enterprise Launches Second Store to Give Youth Career Chance at Retail

Turly Humphreys, founder of Circle Sports, has just launched her second store in Dalston. Circle Sports is a social enterprise that has currently placed more than 60 young people in permanent employment.

With her second high-street store funded by the renowned Mary Portas, an English retail consultant popular for her retail- and business-related television shows, Turly aims to be self-sustaining in two years. Turly wanted to help young people by putting them through job skills training courses for 10 weeks —  it’s all about job preparedness and shaping them to have future careers in retail.
