Florence Norman founded Sweet Cavanagh, an award-winning peer-led aftercare social enterprise based in Notting Hill. The company hires women and trains them how to make and design jewelry. However, these women are in the process of recovering from eating disorders and addictions.
Sweet Cavanagh aims to address the needs of these women since there is next to no after care in London. Each piece of jewelry crafted by these women are designed and made using a combination of semi precious stones, metals and glass. All proceeds from the sale go back into the company’s charity, Free Me.
