New Philanthropy Capital Launches Inquiry Into Effects of Ageing Population on Voluntary Sector

Think tanks New Philanthropy Capital and International Longevity Centre UK launches inquiry into the effects of an ageing population on the voluntary sector.

Lynne Berry, former chief executive of the volunteering charity RVS will chair the Commission on the Voluntary Sector and Ageing. The Commission will examine the effects of ageing on how the voluntary sector will offer services, raise funds, engage with supporters and attract volunteers. It will also address the effect of an older workforce.
