Hong Kong’s social enterprise sector seems to thrive, and the government declares its support for social entrepreneurship.

Since last year, the Hong Kong administration established the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force to address poverty. To date, Hong Kong launched a funding initiative to examine the impact of social enterprises in the community.
