Foundation Provides Interest-free Loans to Start Up Social Enterprises

The Charities Aid Foundation has set up a scheme, called the Social Enterprise Assist, that will render interest-free loans of up to £10,000 each to help social enterprise start-ups.

The scheme will enable social entrepreneurs to have access to early-stage funding and provide other business support. Initially, the interest-free loans will be provided up to £10,000 each over a two- to a three-year period with the opportunity to tap into expertise from local business.
