An Entrepreneurial Approach to Philanthropy

Eli Broad, American billionaire, entrepreneur and philanthropist,  prefers the company of creative types. He describes his approach to philanthropy as mostly entrepreneurial.

What bothers Mr. Broad is the gap between the rich and poor. He noted that it has been the catalyst for his philanthropy. He taps into the philanthropic angle potentiality of artists, recognizing them for seeing the world differently than bankers, lawyers and businesspeople.
