The Yale School of Management's Program on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Impact has a new director.
Sooah Rho '23 "brings a wealth of experience in social impact consulting, advocacy, and education that will help advance the Program's ambition to establish a leading platform for social impact insights and innovation at Yale and beyond," says PSEII's director in a press release.
A native of Oakland, Calif., Rho has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from USC's Annenberg and Cinematic Arts programs, where she worked with BBC correspondents to report on North and South Korean relations, with an emphasis on humanitarian aid and social support for North Korean defectors.
Her leadership has been further recognized through her appointments to Teach for America's alumni board, Leaders for Educational Equity's Emerging Policy Leaders, and Princeton's Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit.
