Eudoxie Yao is an Ivory Coast native who now lives in Shanghai, where she's a social media influencer and the founder of her own fashion line.
But the 25-year-old, who was raised in a "vibrant culture" in Abidjan, wasn't always so plugged-in on social media.
She started her career in the fashion industry, where she worked with various brands before launching her own clothing line, which she continues to promote through her social media channels, People reports.
