The National Science Foundation's I-Corps program has a new leader: Isabelle Bart.
The 39-year-old from Orange County, Calif., is the director of the foundation's I-Corps program, which aims to inspire young people to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math, the Los Angeles Times reports.
She's also the founder and CEO of Impact Innovator, a social impact company that works with startups and nonprofit organizations in California and around the world.
The Times calls her "a seasoned leader" who has "served with the Orange County United Nations Association Chapter and sits on nonprofit boards like Cancer Kinship and Project Access."
