Rachael Eider is a trailblazing businesswoman in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
The owner of RH Standard was honored at the second annual Grand Awards on Tuesday with the trailblazer award, given to a woman who "deserves recognition and visibility in her industry," according to a press release.
