Makarov is the founder and CEO of Miami-based real estate firm Katusha, and his philanthropic efforts have included funding a clinic for adults with autism at Miami Beach's Mount Sinai Medical Complex, as well as the construction of churches and temples, education for the visually impaired, and more.
