When Vaishali Sanjay co-founded the marketing agency MICE Experts in 2012, she set out to "create a business that not only succeeded financially but also contributed positively to society," she says in an interview with I NSC Magazine.
That "positively" meant using technology to streamline operations, as well as using it to address real-world challenges, such as improving people's lives, she says.
And so, in addition to being "a visionary with a heart for social change," she adds, "she firmly believe that businesses should play an active role in giving back to society and leaving a positive impact on the world."
That's why, in her free time, she encourages her team to participate in philanthropic endeavors, supporting causes related to education, healthcare, and environmental conservation.
