A college in Scotland has been named the country's best at teaching students about entrepreneurship.
Dumfries and Galloway College's student association took home the top award in the social enterprise category at the Bridge 2 Business Enterprise Awards in May, the Telegraph reports.
"The awards for both Kerry and our Student Association are richly deserved and recognize the tireless and inspiring work of staff and students across our campuses," the college's principal said in a statement.
"Facilitating enterprise education is vital for both the region's and Scotland's wider economy and offers our students additional career opportunities," said lecturer Kerry Kalloway, who won the special recognition award for his efforts in bringing enterprise education to the college's business, enterprise, and digital technology courses.
