What Odunuga and his team at Banugat ultimately came up with was the Manjello Collection, a line of watches inspired by Michelangelo's Sistine Light, Vatican Dark, Vatican Light, Medici Dark, and Tuscan Gold Dark, reports Gizmodo.
Each watch in the collection comes with an exclusive non-fungible token (NFT) that can be used to verify ownership and give the wearer access to a digital book and audiobook, per a press release.
A percentage of the company's profits goes to the Welfare Aid for the Future (WAF), an organization "focused on improving education and social welfare," Odunuga says.
Banugat's Manjello Collection features five designs: Sistine Light, Vatican Dark, Vatican Light, Medici Dark, and Tuscan Gold Dark.
"Each timepiece showcases Banugat's commitment to merging art and, featuring Swiss Automatic Movements and intricate designs that pay homage to Michelangelo's masterpieces," the press release says.
