Ali and Eric Rasmussen, a husband-and-wife team in their early 30s, have been on the hunt for a way to spend their free time since they were kids.
That search has taken them all over the US and Canada, to places like the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and Canada's Wonderland.
Now they've found their calling: campgrounds and RV parks on the East Coast, reports Good.
"It is in the great outdoors that we find solace and a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of daily life," says Ali Rasmussen, who has a degree in music marketing and publicity, and Eric, who has a master's in real estate development.
Their company, Spacious Skies Campgrounds, has campgrounds and RV parks from coast to coast, including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, per a press release.
What they're looking for in a place to call home: a sense of community, good vibes, and a place to get away from it all.
"We wanted to create a place where people could feel at home," Eric Rasmussen tells Good.
"We wanted to create a community where people could come together, be connected, and be inspired."
