There's a new face in town, and it's not the Statue of Liberty.
Instead, it's "Bloomy the Tree," the mascot of the Social Enterprise Summit (SES), a four-day event that kicked off in Singapore on Thursday and runs through Sunday, the New York Times reports.
The event's website describesBloomy as a "social enterprise mascot" that's designed "to enhance public awareness of SEs with a specially-designed tree logo."
According to a press release, more than 70 speakers from around the region were at the event, which focused on "re reshaping society in the post-pandemic era."
The press release notes that social entrepreneurs play a "vital role in cultivating the passion and boosting capacity of young people."
