The Westpac Social Change Fellowship offers participants the opportunity to focus on self-development, both personal and professional.
The Fellowship enables participants to improve their leadership capabilities by tackling activities, such as overseas research and travel, development courses and work experience.
The program will also provide hands-on professional coaching advice to help bring ideas for social change to life.
As a Westpac Social Change Fellow, participants become a lifelong member of the Westpac 100 Scholars Network. For interested participants, they can apply to the Westpac Group Australia's Social Change Fellowship page.
