British Asians Who's Who has named its Social Entrepreneur of the Year for 2024: Safaraz Ali.
Ali is the founder and CEO of the Pathway Group, a not-for-profit that offers a wide range of skills and employability programs in the UK, per a press release.
He's also the founder of the British Asians Who's Who awards, which honor British Asians who've made significant contributions to social entrepreneurship.
"Safaraz's insight into the community's perceptions and his drive to alter them fundamentally changed the trajectory for countless individuals and employers alike," says the release.

The Williams School’s J. Lawrence Connolly Center for Entrepreneurship held its first-ever Social Entrepreneurship Summit on May 2. Business administration professor Drew Hess and his wife, Megan, also a business professor at the Williams School, arranged to gather a dozen student leaders to dinner. They wanted to search for ways the campus and the Williams School could support social entrepreneurship.
