Heel the World Manager Shares Experience in Working for a Social Enterprise in Ghana

Johnson Oladele, nicknamed “Ola”, is the Production Manager at Heel the World (HTW).  He shares his experiences working for the Ghana-based social enterprise known for its ‘Empowerment Beads’. The organization also produces footwear and synchronously works to empower start up companies in the locality.

Ola talks about what lured him to work for a social enterprise: He wanted to be part of a positive revolution that’s taking place in Africa. He explains what the ‘Empowerment Beads’ mean to him and how he uses them as a motivator for success.
