Bath Vendor and Chef on His Food Social Enterprise

Former chef and Bath Big Issue vendor Ian Duff, as he tells Sally Brammall, speaks about plans to set up a cooking school, train people how to create mouthwatering dishes and offer a catering service in their homes.

Presently, he is head chef with the social enterprise, Bath Soup Company, which serves as the push for him to set up a foodie social enterprise of his own. His idea? “Help long-term unemployed and homeless people learn how to cook basics while making enough cash through doing small, private parties.”
